A Capital Granites, uma empresa do Espírito Santo, já nasceu com foco na exportação de pedras ornamentais clássicas e exóticas. Com uma história de oito anos, o empreendimento, localizado no município de Cachoeiro de Itapemirim (ES), focou apenas em exportação nos primeiros quatros anos – cenário que mudou após a empresa conhecer a Agência Brasileira de Promoção de Exportações e Investimentos (ApexBrasil).
A diretora executiva da Capital Granites, Narjara Lessa, relata que conheceu a ApexBrasil em feiras setoriais promovidas pela instituição, que conectam empresários brasileiros com potenciais compradores do exterior.
“Depois que a gente conheceu o Apex, que a gente viu que era viável para a gente financeiramente e até pelo retorno financeiro que trariam as feiras, da gente participar das feiras. E é a partir daí que a gente começou a participar da Covens e começou a participar da MarmomaC também”, diz.
Após o primeiro contato com a ApexBrasil, Narjara Lessa conta que a Agência continua apoiando a participação da Capital Granites em feiras internacionais como a Marmomac – uma feira setorial importante de de pedras, design e tecnologia. Em 2024, o evento foi realizado em Verona, na Itália.
Segundo a empresária, depois de expor os produtos da Capital Granites na feira, a empresa expandiu suas fronteiras com outros países e melhorou o desempenho na conquista de mercados internacionais, para além dos Estados Unidos.
“Depois que eu comecei a fazer a Marmomac, principalmente, os horizontes se abriram significativamente. Então eu tive mais contato com os clientes da Europa, da Oceania, da Ásia e da África também. Foi muito importante para a gente essa participação da Marmomac para poder abrir esses caminhos. E a partir daí, a ApexBrasil vem me auxiliando na conquista de outros mercados fora dos Estados Unidos”, destaca Narjara.

Além de apoiar os empresários brasileiros que desejam exportar por meio da participação em feiras internacionais, a ApexBrasil também oferece programas e treinamentos que ajudam os empreendedores a irem além dos muros do país. Inclusive, Narjara Lessa conta que perdeu as contas de quantos treinamentos já fez.
