A Câmara dos Deputados aprovou, na última segunda-feira (14), o projeto de lei complementar que torna permanente a Lei de Incentivo ao Esporte, uma das principais ferramentas de fomento à atividade esportiva no país. Criada em 2006 com validade temporária, a legislação permite que pessoas físicas e jurídicas destinem parte do Imposto de Renda a projetos esportivos e paradesportivos previamente aprovados pelo governo. A matéria segue agora para o Senado.
A proposta foi aprovada por ampla maioria, com 471 votos a favor e apenas um contra, e contou com o apoio de parlamentares de diferentes partidos. O texto prevê o fim da validade da atual lei em 2027, substituindo-a por uma norma permanente que amplia os limites de dedução fiscal e fortalece a estrutura de financiamento do esporte nacional.
Regras mantidas e novidades
O projeto mantém os principais mecanismos da atual legislação, como o teto de repasses e os critérios de prestação de contas. A novidade é o aumento gradual dos limites de dedução. Pessoas físicas poderão destinar até 7% do imposto devido, acima dos 6% atuais. Já as pessoas jurídicas terão o limite ampliado de 2% para 3%, com possibilidade de chegar a 4% no caso de projetos voltados à inclusão social.
A proposta também incentiva estados e municípios a criarem legislações semelhantes para isenção de ICMS e ISS em projetos esportivos, em um esforço para ampliar a capilaridade do incentivo. No entanto, essas legislações locais terão validade até 2032, quando entra em vigor o Imposto sobre Bens e Serviços (IBS), previsto na reforma tributária.

A sessão contou com a presença de nomes de destaque do esporte brasileiro, como Hortência, Lars Grael, Emanuel Rego e Ana Moser, que acompanharam a votação no plenário.

O texto segue agora para o Senado. Caso seja aprovado sem alterações, seguirá para sanção presidencial. As novas regras entram em vigor a partir de 2028.

Zespół wydał kilkanaście płyt, z których wydana w 1990 roku „Legenda” oraz „Triodante” z 1994 r. zaliczane są do klasyki polskiej muzyki rockowej. W ciągu trzydziestokilkuletniej kariery zespołu w jego składzie grało wielu wybitnych i zasłużonych dla rockowej sceny muzyków. W 2011 roku na Międzynarodowym Festiwalu Filmowym Howe Horyzonty we Wrocławiu miał premierę film „Podróż na Wschód”, który jest poetycką historią zespołu Armia opartą na kanwie opowiadania Stefana Grabińskiego. Jest on dołączony w formie DVD do autobiograficznej książki Tomasza Budzyńskiego „Soul Side Story
