Está acabando o prazo para que gestores públicos dos estados, Distrito Federal e municípios prestem contas ao Governo Federal sobre o uso dos recursos da Lei Paulo Gustavo (LPG). Eles têm até 31 de agosto para apresentar documentação que mostre como os repasses recebidos foram aplicados
Para auxiliá-los, a equipe técnica do Ministério da Cultura ampliou nessa reta final os plantões de tira-dúvidas. O atendimento virtual é feito de forma personalizada às terças e quintas-feiras. O agendamento pode ser solicitado pelo site do MinC.

“Nós fizemos tudo até agora: adesão, juntamos as pessoas, realizamos excelentes projetos, propostas que estruturaram a política cultural no Brasil nos últimos tempos. Agora a gente precisa prestar contas. Recurso público tem que ser com prestação de contas para que as pessoas vejam o que é que a gente realizou e deixe tudo direitinho. Os órgãos de controle e o conjunto da sociedade precisam acessar esses dados”, alerta a secretária de Articulação Federativa e Comitês de Cultura do MinC, Roberta Martins.
Além dos plantões, o MinC já ofertou diversos materiais para orientar sobre regras e procedimentos de envio do relatório final de gestão dos recursos da LPG.
A Lei Paulo Gustavo representa o maior valor investido diretamente em cultura na história do Brasil. Foram 3,9 bilhões de reais em recursos em todo país.
O Ministério da Cultura garantiu que 100% dos estados e 98% das cidades se tornassem habilitadas a receber os recursos da LPG. Praticamente quase todas as regiões do país atingiram índice de execução dos recursos, acima dos 90%.
Todos tiveram acesso aos recursos após fazer a solicitação e cadastrar um Plano de Ação na plataforma TransfereGov. Agora, é hora e prestar contas.
