Os portos públicos do Norte do Brasil registraram, em março de 2025, um salto na movimentação de praticamente 7%, na comparação com o mesmo período do ano passado. O resultado foi impulsionado pelo aumento nas cargas gerais, que ultrapassaram 200% de crescimento.
Os dados foram divulgados nesta quinta-feira (22) pelo Ministério de Portos e Aeroportos. De acordo com a Pasta, o destaque foi para a exportação de soja, com mais de 2 milhões de toneladas movimentadas.
Na avaliação do ministro Silvio Costa Filho, esse desempenho positivo está relacionado à política de investimentos no setor, que tem contribuído para melhorias na logística e no aumento da capacidade dos portos brasileiros. “Estamos falando de investimentos bilionários, voltados à modernização e ao futuro do setor portuário nacional. São obras estruturantes, que aumentam a eficiência dos terminais, atraem novos negócios e tornam nossos portos cada vez mais competitivos no cenário global. É a maior carteira de investimentos da história do setor e ela está abrindo caminho para um novo ciclo de crescimento sustentável da nossa economia”, destaca.
Portos do Arco Norte
O secretário Nacional de Portos, Alex Ávila, afirma que o crescimento expressivo nas movimentações portuárias na região se deve, sobretudo, à participação dos portos do Arco Norte, que têm papel fundamental no escoamento da safra agrícola.
“Já vínhamos sinalizando essa tendência, principalmente no que se refere às cargas de graneis vegetais, e estamos vendo a concretização de uma transformação logística. Até o fim desta década, os portos das regiões Norte e Nordeste devem responder por quase 50% do escoamento de graneis vegetais do país — um cenário condizente com o fato de que essas regiões já produzem quase metade da nossa safra”, pontua.

Fundo da Marinha Mercante: Região Norte tem R$ 2 bilhões em projetos aprovados
O Arco Norte compreende um plano estratégico que inclui portos ou estações de transbordo de alguns estados, como Amapá, Amazonas, Pará, Rondônia e Maranhão. A área é considerada essencial para escoamento dos grãos, principalmente os produzidos no Centro-Oeste.
Desempenho por estado
O levantamento mostra que, no estado do Amapá, por exemplo, o desempenho portuário contou com um avanço de 47,33% nas movimentações em março deste ano, em relação ao mesmo mês de 2024. O resultado foi puxado, entre outros fatores, pelo fluxo de graneis sólidos. Esse tipo de carga responde por 51,34% do total movimentado. Na unidade da federação, o destaque vai para o Porto de Santana, que teve o melhor desempenho.
Já no Pará, foi registrado um aumento de 2,76%. O salto foi impulsionado, principalmente, pelas cargas gerais, que contaram com expressiva elevação de 271,32%. Os portos de Santarém e Vila do Conde foram os protagonistas desse avanço. Enquanto o primeiro movimentou 1,7 milhão de toneladas, o segundo somou 1,4 milhão de toneladas no período analisado.
Investimento no setor portuário
Na última semana, o Ministério de Portos e Aeroportos confirmou o segundo bloco de leilões portuários de 2025. A previsão é de que sejam investidos R$ 1,03 bilhão.
Esta iniciativa deve beneficiar empreendimentos localizados nos portos do Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Porto Alegre (RS), Vila do Conde (PA) e Maceió (AL). O leilão deve ser realizado ainda em julho deste ano, após a aprovação dos estudos e a deliberação e publicação do edital pela Antaq.
Terminais do segundo bloco de leilões
O novo bloco de leilões reúne os seguintes terminais:
- VCD29, do Porto de Vila do Conde (PA)
- RDJ07, no Porto do Rio de Janeiro (RJ)
- POA26, do Porto de Porto Alegre (RS)
- TMP Maceió, no Porto de Maceió (AL)
Segundo o ministro Silvio Costa Filho, também há uma previsão de ampliação da capacidade logística para o escoamento da produção agrícola do Brasil. Essa medida, segundo o chefe da Pasta, contribui para o fortalecimento da infraestrutura do setor, além de gerar emprego e renda para a população.

Abnormal this put up is totaly unrelated to what I was searching google for, but it surely used to be listed at the first page. I suppose your doing one thing proper if Google likes you adequate to place you at the first page of a non similar search.
I simply could not leave your site before suggesting that I actually enjoyed the usual info a person supply in your visitors? Is going to be back often to inspect new posts

There are some serious financial ramifications here.
